Meet Stephen
I am Stephen McPhatter, the proud Owner of Emerald Painting, Inc. I have succeeded Six Generations of painting contractors in our family.
Learning the business hands on from my late Father, who taught me the principles of being an OUTSTANDING business owner, an excellent painter, and a truly humble individual, I have excelled with hundreds of Commercial/Residential Clients throughout the years. With over 20 plus years of painting experience being an Entrepreneur, closing the doors of my old company to work with a Painting Franchise. Being the Operations Manager there, gave me the opportunity to learn the process of operating multiple projects on a scheduled timeline. Those were challenges I loved as it pushed me to grow my skill set to running a business.
We all faced COVID-19 in 2020 when all things came to a halt. I was very resilient with getting through those months and re-opening my own painting company which was known as All~Brite Painting, Inc. Establishing a business during the days/months of the shutdown was not very easy to me, it showed how tough a person needs to be in such times. It also showed us how we had to maneuver our work ethics, our safety measures when we worked with our Clients.
As we have moved to Establishing – All~Brite Painting, Inc., I realized that the name did not speak what I wanted it to. Being a Christian, following the thoughts in my mind, gut and discernment, I felt led to start over. Start over with a NEW Name, branding, marketing, taking on this NEW challenge with EMERALD PAINTING, INC.
Emerald green symbolizes wealth, refinement, and royalty. It represents balance, harmony, renewal, and Growth. This is the true debt of what our slogan “Driven By A Purpose” means.
